Existieron dos disparos a la v\u00edctima, uno de ellos por la espalda, lo que da indicios dudosos del uso proporcionado de la fuerza por leg\u00edtima defensa. <br>2. No se pudo encontrar la presunta arma de fuego que utiliz\u00f3 la v\u00edctima.<br>3. La existencia de un video donde se ve al funcionario policial que sale del lugar y amenaza con su arma de fuego sin cumplir procedimiento habitual para estos casos.<br>4.
