El juez Marcelo Cortez Candia, del Juzgado P\u00fablico Civil, Comercial, de Partido del Trabajo y Seguridad Social de Yapacan\u00ed, emiti\u00f3 un mandamiento de apremio contra el ministro de Obras P\u00fablicas, Edgar Monta\u00f1o Rojas, en el marco de un proceso laboral iniciado por extrabajadores de la empresa Servicios de Aeropuertos Bolivianos S.A.
