Los denunciantes alegan que la organizaci\u00f3n incurri\u00f3 en actos de discriminaci\u00f3n, presuntamente cometidos por su l\u00edder, Samuel Doria Medina, en contra de la exministra Marianela Paco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"466\" src=\"https:\/\/desdelsurnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/fb_img_17478721442277725619943562246276.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10966\" srcset=\"https:\/\/desdelsurnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/fb_img_17478721442277725619943562246276.jpg 700w, https:\/\/desdelsurnoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/fb_img_17478721442277725619943562246276-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La acusaci\u00f3n se basa en el art\u00edculo 58, incisos f) y g) de la Ley N\u00b0 1096 de Organizaciones Pol\u00edticas, que contempla como causales de cancelaci\u00f3n la difusi\u00f3n de mensajes contrarios a principios constitucionales y la comisi\u00f3n de faltas graves, como expresiones discriminatorias.
